Notes:

• Les fallbacks plateforme VESTEL/TCL/G4K vers Android restent applicables.
• Le support reel depend de l'implementation host de HOTSPOT_GET / HOTSPOT_SET.
• HOTSPOT_SET utilise prioritairement params.subAction (start|stop). Le payload legacy isEnabled est conserve temporairement pour compatibilite et est marque deprecie.
